We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:

The delivery address has been verified;

Payment has been approved and received.



All US orders are shipping from our dispatch warehousenin Australia using Australia Post Express

FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $100 USD
For orders under $100 a flat rate of $20 USD applies

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch depending on location.


customs / tax and currency

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country.
They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.
All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD) and will be the amount you see charged.
Occasionally, as per the market the prices may change according to the current currency conversion.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Please note; to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
