ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

OUR POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Billini purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer an exchange or refund on all item(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Please note, the below items are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless deemed faulty

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

For any customers outside of the United States, please email support@billini.com to initiate your return.

For our customers within the United States, we have made the returns process as easy as possible for you with our ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL.

Simply follow the steps below:

1. Ensure your items meet our return policy:

- Item(s) were purchased from the Billini Online Store – www.us-billini.com
- Item(s) are unworn and in their original condition (We suggest you try on shoes on a soft, clean surface before wearing to ensure the soles are not marked)
- Item(s) are in their original packaging and shoe box
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are not from the excluded list above

2. Head to our ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL enter your order number (starting with USBIL) & zip code; please note, the Online Returns Portal can only be used once per order to initiate a return/exchange

3. Select the item(s) for return and complete the reasons, if opting for an exchange, simply select your new item(s)

4. Once complete, a return label will be generated for you to use. You can print this out immediately or access via your email to print at a later time

5. Attach the returns label to your parcel and drop off at any UPS location (store or drop box)

6. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days with a handling fee of $10.00 USD to be deducted from the total refund amount

For exchanges, please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed and dispatched. If you're in a hurry for your new item, we suggest selecting a refund and repurchasing the new item. For refunds, you'll receive the funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institute.

STYLES SHIPPED FROM AUSTRALIA

For all styles that are shipped from our Australian warehouse, all returns will be processed by our LA warehouse, as per our Return Policy Above.
