Billini strives to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered. We are happy to offer our US customers the opportunity to return their item to our Los Angeles return hub, making it easier for you to return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that it is upon the sender to pay for shipping to this location.
Please note Billini jewellery and accessories cannot be returned.

HOW TO REFUND YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

Ensure your items meet our return policy:

    • Item(s) were purchased from the Billini online store – www.us-billini.com
    • Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
    • Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
    • Item(s) are full price (unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded)

1. Email support@billini.com with your name, order ID, items to return, and reason for return.
2. Once authorized, the team will provide you with a returns address & returns form.
3. Place the item(s) you’re returning into a safe and secure parcel along with a completed returns form.
4. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely.
5. Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2-5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges to purchases made via our US site and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your goods back for a return and repurchase your desired size.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it is received by our warehouse. Once processed, you will be notified by email.
