APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your use of the Billini website and the purchase of any goods thereon is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New South Whales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Whales in relation to any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out or relating to the use and operation of the Billini website including, but not limited to, the purchase of Billini products.
Entrants agree and consent to their product review, including their name being uploaded to, published or re-published on any of the Promoter’s social media channels or websites during and after the Promotional Period, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and WWW.BILLINI.COM.
This competition is a game of chance and winners will be randomly selected. There will be 1 winner for each month of the Promotional Period. Entrants will enter the draw for the month that their product review is submitted (eg. Entrants that submit a product review in November 2023 will enter the draw for the November 2023 prize).
Each winner will receive a $150 Billini gift card, redeemable online only. The $150 prize is a 1 time use code only, availabel on one single order. The Winners will be selected by Billini. The Promoter’s (Billini) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. The Winner will be notified of their success via email. The Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified that they are a Winner and provide their full name and address to the Promoter. If any Winner(s) cannot be contacted, or if any Winner(s) fails to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified that they are a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new Winner(s).
