They are too small - seem to be off by about 2 sizes. I emailed customer services for help with returning the boots from NZ but disappointingly no response whatsoever!"

"Stunning boots! Only boot I have been able to find that fits my calves and I have room at the top! Absolutely love these! Only thing is I could say the shoe size runs a little big I’m a 8 and they are big on my foot I could have gone a size down but nothing a thick sock can’t fix!"
