Avoid Billini at all costs.
"Avoid Billini at all costs. I purchased a pair of boots advertised as suede- the word is even in the product name but they arrived made of cheap synthetic material. When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. It was only after I threatened a credit card chargeback that they agreed to issue a refund which I ultimately had to obtain through my card provider, not Billini directly. On top of that, several of their other products, like handbags, appear to be blatant knockoffs of luxury designer items, raising serious trademark concerns. Don’t be fooled by the branding this company is misleading and not worth your time or money."
