RETURNS

The shoe looks lovely, but

"The shoe looks lovely, but is very poorly constructed. Front strap has been attached in a position that is not comfortable to wear, and barely leaves room for toes. Ankle strap does not secure heel in the correct position and is too tight even on the first hole. The shoe fits everywhere else and I have never had this issue with a Billini Heel before. I have been wearing around the house with socks for over a week trying to 'break in', but I sadly won't be able to wear them (and now I can't get a refund). Very disappointed."
