Poor customer service
"I bought these online, as I had been wanting them for months. When they arrived I noticed the buckle on the right boot was on the wrong way compared to the left boot, like it was attached in the opposite direction. I checked the photo online and both boots are meant to identical. I emailed to notify them and sent pictures. As they are now sold out in my size now, so an exchange wasn’t possible. They then told me all they could so was get me to send them back and give me a refund. I didn’t want a refund and I loved the boots but they were not as advertised. I explained I didn’t want a refund, as it was only the buckle but when I asked if I could get a discount on my next purchase or a partial store credit; they completely shut me down and said all they could do is have me send them back and refund me and no other options where possible. I don’t feel it is fair the we should be expected to pay full price for a pair of boots that were not as advertised. I am extremely disappointed in the customer services and lack of post purchase care. I won’t be buying from Bilini in future."
