It's not a big enough variance that I would return them, but it does cause my foot to slide a little, making them uncomfortable for walking a lot in them. Otherwise, the style, detailing and quality seem to be very good. . . And Billini's customer service is fantastic."

"the packaging was damaged and the calf was way to wide. i measured my calf before buying these and they were supposed to fit perfectly but the calf was way too big when i received them. really disappointed. sucks i paid so much for ruined boots that are too big"

"BILLINI!!!!!!!!! You just gained yourself a lifelong customer!! I scoured the Internet to find 20 inch circumference cowgirl boots and you did it girl!!!!! They fit absolutely perfect in every way!! Perfect height for my short self (5’3”) to be knee high but still comfy, usually size 8. 5/9 in US so got the 8 in AU and they fit like a glove!!! I absolutely cannot wait to wear them!! If you need a curvy girl from South Carolina to do any TikTok or insta ads you know I’m your girl!!!"
