After wearing these shoes for

"After wearing these shoes for approximately two hours, the material began to tear at the back of the heel. I received the shoes by mail on Tuesday and first wore them on Friday. Following this, I contacted customer service and provided photos documenting the issue. I was informed that, after review by their production team, the damage was determined to be the result of normal product wear. However, the level of damage shown is completely unacceptable given such minimal use. This outcome does not align with reasonable expectations of durability or quality for a brand-new product. Classifying this issue as “wear and tear” after only a few days raises significant concerns about the overall quality and workmanship of the footwear. If this type of deterioration can occur after such limited wear, it calls into question the durability of other products produced by the company. I offered to provide additional photos because I believe this conclusion is unjustified based on the condition of the shoes. While Billini offers visually appealing designs, my experience with both the product quality and customer service has been disappointing. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this brand again and have advised friends to be cautious when considering their products. I share this experience in hopes of helping others avoid a similar situation."
